This weekend February 2 and 3 from 2 to 5 the JC Penney Sephora at Clackamas Town Center in Happy Valley, OR is hosting an Urban Decay event to debut the palettes inspired by Oz the Great and Powerful. They are very excited to be launching this make up. The palettes are $49.99 each which is a very good price. Their eyeshadow pots are $18 each and to fill up a regular custom tin of this size would be over $100.
